As a key member of our store team, you are the face of Walgreens, responsible for modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience. Your role goes beyond processing transactions; you engage with customers and patients by greeting them, offering assistance with products and services, and resolving issues to ensure a positive interaction every time.
You will serve as a role model for customer service best practices, sharing interpersonal habits such as proactive help, identifying needs, and servicing until satisfied. From the checkout counter to the photo area and web pick-up responsibilities, you will ensure that every customer receives courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.

Candidates must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) and demonstrate a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours. While prior retail experience and familiarity with Walgreens are preferred, we focus on your potential to learn and grow. Selected candidates will attend training and complete required Personal Performance Learning (PPL) modules assigned by the Manager or corporate.
