About the Role
As a Shift Supervisor, you will act as the Manager on Duty (MOD), performing all necessary functions to ensure successful store operations. You will take direction from the Store Manager while making key decisions regarding store resources. Your day-to-day involves executing merchandising plans to maintain in-stock conditions, overseeing work assignments to maximize profits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety regulations.
You will be the face of the store, driving engagement by communicating with customers, resolving issues promptly, and providing feedback to associates. From inspecting product quality and pricing accuracy to conducting daily store walks to identify opportunities, you will ensure that company policies are understood and followed by the entire team.
