About the Role

This position is designed to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and embodying our core customer experience principles. You will be the face of the store, maintaining a clean and organized environment while adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. The role requires flexibility, as you may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the evolving needs of the business. Your day will involve modeling positive customer service practices, processing transactions accurately, promoting loyalty programs, and participating in store recovery and safety initiatives to uphold our culture of honesty, integrity, and respect.
