About the Team

IIHC is an established source for well-being with a mission to "Make Primary Care Primary!" We offer a vibrant and unique approach to healthcare delivery, serving patients ages 12 and up with a comprehensive range of services. Our team provides physicals, acute and chronic care management, and care coordination through both in-office and telehealth visits. We perform lab draws, routine point-of-care tests, EKGs, and minor procedures, all while maintaining a focus on healing and patient-centered care.
