About the Role
As a Medical Assistant at Trinity Health, you will be a vital link in the patient care journey. You will deliver high-quality care by preparing patients, collecting vital signs, and documenting clinical information with precision. Your day will involve assisting with various procedures, exams, and diagnostic equipment while maintaining strict aseptic techniques during medication administration and treatments.
Beyond clinical duties, you will serve as a proactive patient advocate, communicating test results and care plans with poise and tact. You will coordinate physician schedules, manage insurance pre-certifications, and ensure continuity of care through effective follow-ups. This position also offers the opportunity to educate patients and families, support new colleagues during orientation, and contribute to a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
