We are seeking a Manager of Talent Development COE to shape Texas Instruments' enterprise-wide development solutions. In this role, you will advance leadership expectations and build scalable, impactful development structures across the organization. Leadership experience in Leadership Development, succession planning, Talent Management, or Organizational Development. Proven track record designing, delivering, and scaling development solutions globally targeting various levels of audience. Instructional design background with a focus on experiential and application-based learning. Strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills. Good knowledge and solid experience integrating assessments as part of the development solutions. Experience with AI-based or emerging learning technologies.
