The AI Workforce Strategy & Transformation Leader serves as the architect of the organization's future, bridging the gap between enterprise AI strategy and human capital. This role goes beyond simply enabling the adoption of AI tools; it is dedicated to defining how artificial intelligence will fundamentally reshape the workforce itself. The leader will determine which work will be automated, augmented, or newly created, ensuring the organization is proactively prepared for emerging roles and evolving skill requirements.
