The Senior AI & Data Science role is designed to plan and lead the development of artificial intelligence models from design and prototyping through to deployed solutions that drive decision-making. This position exists to accelerate AI adoption by leveraging diverse and expansive data sources to apply advanced forecasting, optimization, and machine learning techniques. The goal is to transform how decisions are made across the supply chain and operationalize data science to deliver sustained business impact.
In this role, you will partner with business and technology teams to embed models into core workflows. You will extract and integrate complex data from various sources, build advanced models suitable for specific business use cases, and evaluate model performance for accuracy, scaling, and deployment. A key part of your day involves developing compelling communication materials to facilitate partner onboarding and presenting techniques and results to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will also work to establish software and AI engineering patterns, ensuring security practices are incorporated into newly developed applications while maintaining a focus on continuous learning and emerging AI principles.

Master's degree or PhD in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Operations Research, or a related field. Deep experience leading the design, deployment, and scaling of applied AI/ML solutions that drive measurable business impact across complex value chains. Advanced expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and/or Reinforcement Learning, including model governance, performance monitoring, and lifecycle ownership. Recognized depth in forecasting and optimization, with a track record of influencing enterprise‑level decisions across supply chain, trading, or operations. Experience with operations research planning, scheduling and capacity problems.
