About the Role

The SAP S/4HANA Reporting and Analytics Manager will serve as a strategic leader in our IT modernization efforts. You will be responsible for leading the migration of SAP reporting capabilities from the current BW system to Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Power BI. In this role, you will oversee a team tasked with developing the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions across SAP S/4HANA and integrated platforms.

Success in this position requires a strong working knowledge of SAP data models and hands-on experience with ECC to S/4HANA migrations. You will coordinate closely with the data lake team to orchestrate data ingestion from SAP into AWS S3, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity. Reporting to the SAP Modernization IT Director, you will drive the strategic IT vision across the organization, aligning technology initiatives with business goals to enhance customer and business value.
