The Manager in Training (MIT) position is a transitional leadership role designed to prepare you for promotion into a Retail Store Management position. Under the guidance of the Store Manager, you will live the company pledge, deliver WOW! customer service, and lead by example. This role is built on hands-on assignments and structured learning opportunities focused on leadership development, operational expertise, and team cultivation.
Within 8-12 weeks, you could progress into a management position depending on your prior experience and performance. As an MIT, you will take charge of customer service activities, oversee inventory accuracy and sales strategies, and assist with staffing and mentoring to build a high-performing team. You will learn to manage and analyze monthly Profit & Loss statements to optimize store profitability while ensuring compliance with policies and structured training processes.
