The Manager in Training (MIT) position is a transitional role designed to prepare you for promotion into a Retail Store Management position. With a focus on leadership training, customer service excellence, and operational expertise, you'll receive hands-on assignments and structured learning opportunities. Under the Store Manager's guidance, you will lead by example, demonstrating initiative and strong leadership.
Within 8-12 weeks, you could progress into management, depending on your prior experience and performance. MITs must demonstrate consistent progression throughout the training program to be considered for management openings. Please note that promotion is performance-based and subject to management availability.
