About the Role
We are looking for an energetic Retail Manager at our Monroe-West Monroe location to lead the charge in helping people feel their best. This role is designed for a self-starter who loves to make a difference and is ready to manage every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of our retail outlet.
In this position, you will drive memberships, promote retail sales, and guide a team to achieve their full potential. Your day will involve analyzing business performance to strive for continuous growth, resolving customer challenges while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment, and building positive relationships with employees, members, and guests.
