About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate at Walgreens, you are the face of our store, responsible for modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience. This role exists to ensure every shopper feels welcomed and supported, whether they are picking up a prescription, grabbing a quick snack, or needing assistance with a specific product.
Day in the Life
Your day begins by engaging with customers and patients, greeting them warmly, and offering proactive assistance. You will be the first point of contact, resolving issues and answering questions to maintain a positive atmosphere. Beyond the checkout counter, you will recommend items, manage inventory, and construct promotional displays to keep the store visually appealing and well-stocked.
You will also handle the technical side of retail operations, including processing transactions, managing returns, and ensuring compliance with state laws regarding regulated products. From maintaining a clean and orderly store environment to assisting with web pick-up orders and photo services, you will wear many hats to support the team and the store's efficiency.
