About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate at Walgreens, you are the face of our pharmacy and retail locations. Your primary mission is to model and deliver a distinctive, delightful customer experience that keeps our 20 million shoppers coming back. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they feel welcomed, heard, and valued from the moment they walk through the door.
In this role, you will engage with customers and patients by greeting them warmly and offering proactive assistance with products and services. Whether you are resolving a customer issue, answering a question, or simply sharing a friendly smile, your goal is to create a positive interaction. You will also share customer service best practices with your team, embodying our core service traits such as offering help before it is asked for, identifying needs, and servicing until the customer is satisfied.
Your day-to-day involves a blend of operational excellence and personal connection. You will manage the cash register with efficiency, process transactions, and handle returns or exchanges with care. Beyond the register, you will maintain a clean and well-merchandised store environment, constructing displays and ensuring products are stocked correctly. You may also assist with specialized services like photo printing or managing web pick-up orders, ensuring every customer interaction is seamless.
