As the Manager, Email & SMS, you will lead the development, management, and oversight of Harley-Davidson's email and SMS/MMS team in North America. You will own the growth, health, and value of our subscriber base, ensuring these channels drive measurable customer engagement, lead generation, and commercial outcomes.
In this role, you will set the vision and strategy for these high-value owned channels, leveraging content strategy, audience segmentation, and data-driven insights to optimize customer journeys. You will manage a team of direct reports, partner with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Commercial, Product, and Digital, and present strategic direction and results to senior leadership. Your focus will be on delivering a customer-centric, personalized lifecycle messaging strategy that fosters long-term brand loyalty.
