About the Role
Reporting to the Global Ecommerce Director, this position serves as the commercial owner for the Frette North America ecommerce channel. We are seeking an entrepreneurial operator who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment to drive profitable growth across Frette.com and H by Frette.
This is a high-impact role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy, optimizing the online shopping experience, and fostering a collaborative environment for your direct reports. Success in this role requires a growth mindset, the ability to make informed data-driven decisions, and the proactivity to identify and test new opportunities that move the business forward.

- check_circleMonitor online sales performance and web KPIs using SFCC and Google Analytics
- check_circleLead online merchandising strategy to optimize homepage, product pages, and site navigation
- check_circleBuild and lead a team of two direct reports to foster a collaborative working environment
- check_circleCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the end-to-end customer journey
- check_circleDevelop and execute commercial strategies to drive full-price sales and customer value growth
- check_circleDesign and analyze A/B tests and CRO experiments to improve conversion rates and AOV
- check_circleManage third-party development and SEO agencies to ensure delivery of site updates
- check_circleOwn sprint planning, UAT, QA, and development budget management for site projects
Requirements
- verified6+ years in e-commerce
- verifiedExperience working in Salesforce Commerce Cloud required
- verifiedExperience in GA4 and/or other web analytic tools required
- verifiedExperience using project management tools such as Jira and Monday.com
- verifiedExperience managing third-party partners including development and SEO agencies
- verifiedKnowledge of industry trends, new technologies and best practices
