About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, DTC to help lead our Conair beauty brands through best-in-class digital commerce experiences. As a senior member of the DTC team, you will own critical aspects of the digital storefront, driving merchandising strategy, optimizing product storytelling and collections, and leading promotional execution to deliver a premium, seamless, and highly shoppable experience.

In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to bring our digital vision to life while supporting the continued growth and evolution of our DTC business. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our site on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, overseeing everything from UX and content to checkout and mobile experiences. Your work will directly impact our P&L, conversion rates, and customer retention as you translate data insights into actionable strategies that balance profitability with an exceptional customer journey.

Work Environment

This role requires an on-site presence in our Stamford, CT office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere on Fridays. The working conditions are normal for an office environment, requiring the ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer keyboard and monitor for extended durations.
