We are scaling from $100M to $250M+, and we need a transformational Chief Marketing Officer to drive brand expansion, client acquisition, and market presence across Florida, New York, and Texas.
About the Role
As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will serve as a pivotal member of the Executive Leadership Team, translating marketing metrics into business outcomes to influence firmwide decisions. Your mission is to build and execute a national marketing strategy that scales revenue and reputation while aligning every initiative with our core values: service, leadership, loyalty, and faith.
You will lead a dynamic team of 15–25+ professionals across social, digital, paid, traditional, creative, and content disciplines. In this role, you will oversee the full-funnel execution of all marketing touchpoints, ensuring our strategy resonates deeply with Hispanic and immigrant audiences. From paid media and SEO to PR, TV/radio, and community outreach, you will craft a powerful brand that evokes trust, purpose, and transformation.
Your day-to-day will involve telling the firm's story through emotionally resonant client journeys and community engagement. You will leverage advanced technology—including Salesforce, CallRail, Google Analytics, and AI-powered tools—to streamline processes and drive results. A key part of your responsibility is localizing campaigns across Miami, Orlando, NYC, and Texas while navigating the unique compliance nuances of legal marketing (Bar rules) in each state.
You will manage an annual marketing budget of $10M+, negotiating vendor and media contracts to ensure cost-effective execution. By working closely with Intake, Legal Ops, and Sales, you will ensure a cohesive, high-converting end-to-end client journey. Ultimately, you will be responsible for implementing KPIs to track CAC, CPL, cost per signed case, and ROI, using data-driven insights to guide weekly and monthly strategy shifts.
