As a Segment Marketing Specialist for our Natural Gas open-market segment, you will serve as the marketing owner responsible for driving brand awareness, market presence, and growth. This role exists to translate business objectives into integrated marketing strategies that advance Border States' position within the Natural Gas market. You will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, working closely with Marketing leadership, Industry Marketing, Sales, and Natural Gas leadership.
Your day will involve developing and owning the annual marketing plan, identifying priority customer segments, and leading integrated programs across digital channels, events, and sponsorships. You will define success metrics, manage tradeshows and the annual Natural Gas summit, and evolve internal training curricula. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where they can partner with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with our core values of being competent, accurate, responsive, and engaged.
