The Director of Marketing Technology will lead the design and optimization of ABA's marketing technology ecosystem. This pivotal role bridges marketing, data, and engineering to drive scalable growth, improve customer experiences, and maximize ROI across all marketing channels.
You will serve as the key liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements. Your day-to-day involves working consultatively with marketers to support campaigns, optimizing lead management and lifecycle processes, and ensuring data quality and system hygiene. You will drive the vision, roadmap, and governance of the marketing technology stack to create a unified view of the customer, evaluating and managing platforms to deliver on this vision.
In this position, you will represent the MarTech stack to provide consultation and testing support for new features and releases. You will partner with IT, Membership, Product, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless integration and tracking across ABA systems, including CRM, Learning Management, email bulletins, and IAM. Your work will directly influence how we leverage emerging technologies, such as AI, to align technology decisions with business and marketing goals.

Experience with CDPs (Data360, Tealium) and data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery). Experience with Nimble, a Salesforce CRM platform for associations. Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA). Experience in B2B and/or high-growth tech environments. SQL or basic technical fluency. Experience with SDLC principles and practices.
Skills: Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Sitecore, Optimizely, Google Analytics, LMS, Onelogin, Apis, Data Pipelines, CDP.
Education: Bachelor's or advanced degree in a related field required.
