About the Role
The Dallas Independent School District is seeking a dedicated leader to guide our mental health initiatives, ensuring that every student receives the clinical support necessary for academic and psychosocial success. This position serves as a critical bridge between clinical expertise and educational leadership, fostering an environment where mental wellness is integrated into the school experience.
As a School-Based or Clinic-Based Manager, you will provide day-to-day leadership to mental health professionals and act as the primary point of contact for district leaders. Your mission is to supervise staff, develop their capacity to deliver high-quality services, and foster program alignment and team cohesiveness. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality mental health services across the district, whether through direct campus visits to consult on complex cases and crisis management, or by ensuring optimal service delivery at the Youth and Family Center.
In this role, you will lead team meetings, case conferences, and professional development sessions to improve clinical skills and outcomes. You will also coordinate community outreach on vital topics such as social-emotional development, threat assessments, and behavior management. Success in this position requires the ability to work independently while building strong, valued professional relationships with families, campus leadership, community partners, and district stakeholders. Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly valued to better serve our diverse community.

Requirements
