We are looking for a Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care and be empowered to make a tangible difference in the lives of young patients and their families. This role offers a hybrid model with flexible scheduling, allowing you to balance your life while providing high-touch, comprehensive care.
As part of our W-2 employee team, you will work a part-time schedule (20 hours/week), consisting of 17 hours of direct therapy and 3 administrative hours. The schedule is flexible within business needs, with an emphasis on after 4pm weekdays and weekends. You will be expected to work onsite for a minimum of 10 clinical hours per week, complemented by virtual sessions.
Blackbird Health is unique in its support structure. We provide immediate patient referrals with a guaranteed caseload, allowing you to start seeing patients right away. We handle all administrative tasks, including credentialing, billing, insurance, and EMR management, so you can focus entirely on clinical care. Additionally, you will receive paid weekly clinical consultation to support your ongoing skill development and professional growth.
