The Clinical Compliance and Operations Auditor serves as a critical frontline evaluator for Centria, ensuring that our centers maintain the highest standards of operational and clinical integrity. In this role, you will conduct rigorous onsite evaluations, including unannounced "surprise" audits, to observe real-time operations and verify adherence to regulatory protocols. You will act as a bridge between complex regulatory documentation and our child-led, compassionate care model, preparing local staff for external reviews from payors and accreditation bodies like JCAHO and BHCOE.
Your work involves more than just checking boxes; you will leverage compliance frameworks to solve complex business problems and drive continuous improvement across our national provider network. By providing data-driven feedback to leadership, you will help forecast risks and ensure consistency in care and compliance across all regions.
You will spend a significant portion of your time traveling to regional centers within your assigned territory to perform comprehensive facility walk-throughs and interview clinical and operational staff. Your day will involve reviewing client records and clinical documentation to ensure alignment with Medicaid, OIG, and private payor practices. Following each visit, you will compile detailed audit reports, logging findings in real-time to support executive-level trend analysis. You will also lead initiatives to monitor adherence to Corrective Action Plans and mobilize Subject Matter Experts to resolve multifaceted organizational challenges.
Candidates selected for this position will undergo a rigorous selection process designed to assess both technical expertise and cultural fit. The process typically includes:
