About the Role
RCM Healthcare is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our In Home ABA Department. This role is designed to support clients and their families by providing critical oversight, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans that drive client growth. BCBAs in this position make data-based decisions to ensure effective behavioral interventions while collaborating closely with the broader behavioral team to implement goals within home routines.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOversee client treatment goals using ABA strategies and methodologies
- check_circleUtilize CPI or QBS de-escalation strategies and physical management for safety
- check_circleMonitor client data, analyze trends, and make data-based decisions
- check_circleConduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- check_circleProvide clinical supervision to RBTs to maintain their certifications
- check_circleProvide parent training and collaborate with the behavioral team
- check_circleAccurately collect, graph, and document session notes
Requirements
- verifiedAt least 1 year of behavioral experience
- verifiedBCBA/LBA certification
