About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our hybrid team. In this role, you will partner with families to facilitate skill acquisition and reduce maladaptive behaviors. Your day will involve conducting behavioral assessments, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and providing direct treatment alongside behavior technicians. You will also lead family consultations and trainings, ensuring a compassionate approach to care.
Beyond clinical duties, you will manage essential documentation, including data collection, graphing, progress reports, and behavior support plans. We offer a truly flexible schedule with autonomy over your decisions, allowing you to balance your professional responsibilities with your personal life.
Summer Schedule & Culture
We believe in work-life balance. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, we close early every Friday at 12:30 PM, giving our team time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine.
Our ABA team fosters continuous learning through monthly CEU events, journal clubs, ethics workshops, and a quarterly expert speaker series. Staff who participate in these events meet their BACB recertification requirements at no cost. We also provide hands-on training periods and ongoing support from our Clinical Leadership Team to help you achieve your professional goals.

Requirements
- verifiedMaster's degree or PhD with BACB-approved coursework

- verifiedAuthorized to work in the U.S.
- verifiedProficient with word processing and graphing software
Nice to Have
Current LABA certification. Experience in applied settings, developing and implementing behavioral interventions.
