About the Role
We are currently seeking a Travel Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our In Home ABA Department on a travel contract in Oahu, Hawaii. This role is designed for professionals who thrive in dynamic, client-centered environments and are passionate about supporting growth for individuals with developmental needs.
In this position, you will work collaboratively with a behavioral team to implement behavioral goals and home routines. You will provide clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conduct behavioral assessments, and develop comprehensive treatment plans. The role requires making data-based decisions to support client growth while utilizing de-escalation strategies and physical management techniques when necessary for safety. This is an active position that involves working parallel with students in multiple settings, often requiring physical intervention as students may test boundaries.
We offer a flexible schedule with availability in late afternoons, evenings, and weekends, ensuring a reliable work-life balance. The contract length is between 6 to 12 months, with a start date to be determined.
