About the Role
This opportunity is designed for BCBAs seeking to make a big impact with the flexibility they have been looking for. You will join a supportive environment where BCBAs support other BCBAs, ensuring you have the clinical and administrative backing needed to do your best work. Your input helps shape our programs and practices, fostering a transparent and collaborative team culture.
You will work with passionate, like-minded professionals to deliver high-quality, ethical ABA services. Beyond clinical duties, you will have the chance to participate in sensory-friendly community events, the Special Olympics, and local partnerships. This role offers manageable caseloads and the opportunity to transfer across 20+ new centers opening this year, allowing you to pursue tailored growth paths and mentor future BCBAs if that is your passion.

Requirements
