About the Role
As a Behavioral Program Manager, you will serve as the onsite case supervisor and leader in the field. This role is central to our mission, requiring you to master daily case management skills while developing and overseeing clinical programs. You will supervise Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Instructors (BIs), while also providing essential education and training to client caregivers.
The day-to-day involves managing your own schedule with flexibility to ensure a healthy work-life balance. You will be responsible for supervising client sessions anytime between 8 AM and 6 PM on weekdays, with occasional weekend availability. The role requires driving 30 to 60 miles daily to reach various client locations. We provide a company computer, cell phone, and mileage reimbursement to support your field work.
