Key Responsibilities
- check_circleConduct initial and functional behavior assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- check_circleMonitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- check_circleProvide ongoing support and guidance to families and caregivers
- check_circleStay current with the latest research and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis
- check_circleSupervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians and other staff members
- check_circleCollaborate with families and service providers to ensure comprehensive treatment coordination
Requirements
- verifiedMaster's Degree in Behavior Analysis
- verifiedBCBA License through the BACB
- verifiedExperience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities
