The Clinical Director serves as a senior leader providing clinical and operational oversight for Fora's Outpatient and Residential programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the daily patient experience aligns with trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices while fulfilling the organization's mission. The Clinical Director partners closely with the Director and Executive teams to analyze data outcomes, driving the expansion of services and cementing positive organizational change.
At the heart of this position is the implementation of a Model of Care that reflects Fora's clinical intent: achieving recovery and personal growth for patients. The Director champions quality services for the adult population struggling with substance use disorders, mental health symptoms, and systemic trauma, with a special interest in the needs of individuals with co-occurring disorders and from diverse backgrounds. By bridging administrative goals with clinical delivery, the role ensures a consistent, professional, and safe therapeutic environment for both patients and staff.

Candidates selected for this role will be expected to verify sobriety per Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) standards and successfully complete a DHS Background Check, drug test, and Tuberculin test. The position requires on-call availability for emergency situations and crisis intervention, including participation in an after-hours leadership rotation.
