Focused Post Acute Care Partners (FPACP) is a dynamic company dedicated to delivering excellence in long-term care to every patient, every day. We take immense pride in our culture, highlighted by our "ROCKStar" recognition program (Recognizing Outstanding Care and Kindness). This initiative gamifies our environment, allowing team members, residents, families, volunteers, and business partners to level up monthly and compete for a spot at the annual FPACP Gala.
As a Maintenance Director, you will join a team committed to safety and operational excellence. This role exists to ensure the physical plant, grounds, and equipment support a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all maintenance programs, including plumbing, carpentry, mechanical systems, heating and cooling, water systems, and minor electrical work. Your day will involve supervising service contracts, managing grounds upkeep, and overseeing facility transportation and vehicle maintenance.
You will serve as a hands-on expert, acting as an electrician, plumber, and carpenter to repair malfunctions, install equipment, and maintain buildings. From coordinating annual fire safety inspections and training to developing site-specific maintenance logs, you will ensure the facility meets all relevant regulations and agency standards. A key part of your mission is promoting positive public relations and using tactful communication in sensitive situations to foster a welcoming atmosphere for patients, residents, and their families.
To become our next ROCKStar, apply directly to join our great team. We look for candidates who can effectively communicate and identify maintenance problems with a plan for timely solutions.
FPACP is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment for all team members.
