About the Role
Tesoro Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a client team managing two properties in Fitchburg, WI. This contract-to-hire position (90 days before conversion) offers the opportunity to support a combined portfolio of over 650 market-rate residential units.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will serve as the primary point of contact for interior and exterior preventative and repair maintenance. Your day will involve responding to resident service requests, conducting unit turns, and performing inspections to ensure the community remains safe, functional, and well-maintained. You will operate with a high degree of self-sufficiency, organizing multiple tasks throughout the day while communicating effectively with residents, guests, and team members.
Hiring Process
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as this role involves roving between multiple properties. A background check is required prior to employment.

Requirements
