As a Line Cook at Santa Fe Cattle Company, you are the heartbeat of our kitchen. Your day-to-day involves more than just the stove. You will restock items as needed, maintain the cleanliness and organization of your station, walk-in coolers, and storage areas, and ensure all equipment is used and maintained properly. Success in this role requires a team player who communicates clearly with supervisors and fellow cooks, observes food quality closely, and steps in to assist others when necessary. You will work as part of a cohesive unit, taking responsibility for efficient food presentation and proper cooking times while adhering to strict safety and sanitation procedures.
