As a Legal Executive Assistant (LEA) within the Lateral Recruiting department, you will serve as a lawyer's right hand and an integral member of the practice. This role is designed for a self-starter with high energy who thrives on identifying creative solutions to complex business problems. You will manage the flow of information, screening and prioritizing requests from internal and external clients while supporting the team's mission to attract top legal talent.
You will act as a gatekeeper, balancing conflicting needs with a proactive "can-do" attitude. Your day will involve composing and editing high-stakes correspondence, managing complex calendars across multiple time zones, and arranging logistics for meetings and travel. Beyond administrative execution, you will anticipate department needs, shepherd work forward with limited direction, and suggest new processes to expedite workflow.
