Tetra Tech is a global leader in water, environment, and sustainable infrastructure, employing 30,000 professionals dedicated to solving complex challenges. We provide high-end consulting and engineering services that address the entire water cycle, protect the environment, design resilient infrastructure, and support the clean energy transition. Our capabilities span the energy value chain, offering front-end engineering and advisory services to businesses, utilities, governments, and investors worldwide.
As a Legal Contracts Senior Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner in managing the full life-cycle contract administration for our U.S. government and commercial clients within the energy and infrastructure sectors. This role is critical for mitigating risk and ensuring compliance across diverse global operations.
You will navigate the complexities of both federal and commercial landscapes. On the commercial side, you will manage contractual aspects for multilateral donors, foreign governments, and private firms, conducting due diligence on potential partners and advising on foreign registration requirements. On the federal side, you will support the Department of State prime contract lifecycle, managing grants, subcontracts, and compliance reviews in accordance with federal regulations.
This position requires a unique blend of legal acumen and business development support. You will review solicitations, negotiate agreements, and provide essential compliance guidance to staff and subcontractors. Your work will directly influence how we engage with clients and manage risk in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment that often involves navigating regional contexts and local sensitivities.
