About the Role
The Lease and Rental Manager is a strategic business-to-business sales role designed to drive the long-term profitability of our lease and rental product lines. This position exists to expand our customer base, increase revenue, and optimize fleet planning through direct sales and relationship management.
You will serve as the industry expert for our products, guiding C-level executives and prospects through the financial and operational complexities of full-service leasing. The role requires an aggressive, self-motivated individual who thrives on networking and referrals to maintain a constant flow of high-quality leads. Your day-to-day involves crafting tailored long and short-term solutions that meet customer operational and financial needs, ensuring high product utilization and strong client retention.
Beyond sales, you will act as a key liaison for fleet operations, managing rental asset administration, billing reconciliation, and trip records. You will troubleshoot billing issues, verify insurance compliance, and ensure the seamless execution of lease and rental agreements. This is a dynamic position for someone who enjoys a mix of high-level strategic selling and hands-on operational management within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
