Field Sales, Practice Development Manager Wellness

About the Role

The Metro Practice Development Manager serves as a strategic partner to high-value healthcare providers across the specialty industry. In this role, you will drive product adoption and engagement for CareCredit, supporting providers in meeting their financial needs while achieving credit utilization goals. You will own a defined book of mid-to-large practices, prioritizing accounts and crafting practice-level strategies to scale both existing and new provider enrollments.

This position is based in the Philadelphia metro area, with travel extending into Northeast Maryland, Southwest New Jersey, and surrounding regions. The role requires a blend of in-person field engagement and virtual interaction to ensure providers fully understand and utilize the CareCredit suite of financial products.
