The Metro Practice Development Manager serves as a strategic partner to high-value healthcare providers within the Specialty industry. Based in the Philadelphia metro area, this role focuses on driving product adoption and engagement for CareCredit by building deep, trusted relationships with physician offices and practice owners. You will own a defined book of mid-to-large practices, prioritizing accounts and crafting practice-level strategies to support providers in meeting their financial needs while achieving credit utilization goals.
This position is designed for a consultative sales professional who thrives in the field. Your day-to-day involves in-person visits to understand provider challenges, identify growth opportunities, and implement action plans that increase the usage of CareCredit's suite of financial products. You will act as a bridge between the provider's operational needs and Synchrony's solutions, ensuring a seamless experience from enrollment to activation.
