About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Budtender Shift Lead for our Edwardsburg dispensary to support daily operations and provide leadership to the retail team. This role serves as the acting supervisor on duty, ensuring smooth store operations, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional customer experience when the General Manager is not present.
The Shift Lead will assist with team leadership, inventory oversight, and operational coordination while continuing to support customers as a senior budtender. The ideal candidate has strong retail leadership experience and is looking to grow into a larger Leadership or Dispensary Manager role within the cannabis industry. This person thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service while maintaining strict compliance with Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA) regulations.
