Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCommunicate with suppliers and purchase food and cleaning supplies
- check_circleCalculate food costs per dish and ensure menu pricing aligns with costs
- check_circleControl waste and assist with production planning for special events
- check_circleDevelop new seasonal menu items based on Colombian and Venezuelan cuisine
- check_circleCover kitchen positions and support staff during vacations or special events
- check_circleManage and maintain inventory levels using Excel and Word
- check_circlePrepare general food items including cutting meats and making sauces
- check_circlePrepare specific items such as burger patties and various empanadas
- check_circleMaintain cleanliness, organization, and follow all restaurant standards
Requirements
