Welcome to the introductory world of Grand Casino marketing. As a Marketing Ambassador, you will serve as the face of our property, bridging the gap between our guests and the exciting experiences we offer. This position is ideal for outgoing, friendly individuals with a genuine passion for guest service.
Your day will involve enrolling new players, assisting in the execution of events, promotions, and entertainment acts, and answering guest questions. You will act as a knowledgeable resource, providing accurate information about current casino amenities, promotions, and entertainment happenings. From emceeing promotional events to managing player's club loyalty programs, you will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience. Additionally, you will handle incoming calls with courtesy, resolve guest concerns, and assist in the flow of communication throughout the operation.
