The Revenue Analyst is integral to the success of the M Social Hotel's Revenue Management team. This position serves as a strategic partner to the Director of Revenue, responsible for preparing the detailed revenue reports that drive the hotel's yield strategies. The role requires a deep dive into data, analyzing tools such as Demand 360, STR, and Agency 360 to present actionable revenue opportunities.
In this dynamic environment, you will act as the voice of the Revenue Management team, communicating strategies to other departments and assisting in the preparation of short and long-term forecasts. You will ensure the integrity of the hotel's data by performing audits on systems like PMS, CRS, and RMS, and by monitoring competition daily to identify selling strategies. The role also involves acting as the Director of Revenue in their absence and providing essential administrative support to the team.
Beyond the numbers, this role demands a service-oriented mindset. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, ensuring accuracy in rate quoting and maintaining a warm, friendly demeanor with both employees and guests. Success in this position requires the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment while upholding Highgate's high standards for personal appearance, grooming, and operational safety.
