The Noah's Ark Water Park General Manager serves as the leader and visionary for our Wisconsin Dells facility. This role is critical to ensuring the park operates safely, profitably, and with the highest standards of guest satisfaction. You will provide direction for all aspects of the waterpark, managing activities, events, and programs in alignment with company policies and ethical business practices.
In this position, you will lead by example, embodying Noah's Ark core values while acting as an approachable mentor and coach to a diverse team. Your day will involve a visible presence throughout the facility, conducting daily inspections, and interacting with both employees and guests to ensure consistent delivery of organizational quality standards. You will oversee all operational functions, including food & beverage, retail, safety, security, and maintenance, driving revenue growth while maintaining strict adherence to safety and regulatory compliance.
