This leadership position is central to driving revenue and yield management across the entire Cape Resorts portfolio. You will be responsible for formulating and achieving sales budgets for our five resort properties in Cape May, NJ, and our exclusive location on Shelter Island, NY. As a key member of the executive team, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Revenue, Head of Brand and Marketing, VP of F&B, and General Managers to ensure that room revenue and occupancy goals are not only met but exceeded.
The role extends beyond traditional sales; you will serve as the primary representative for Cape Resorts in all major sales activations, community events, and industry organizations. Whether engaging with corporate meeting planners, wedding coordinators, or travel agencies, you will cultivate relationships that reflect our status as a luxury soft brand member of Preferred Hotels. Your day-to-day involves leading a team of 4-6 professionals, managing complex sales forecasts, and ensuring that every client interaction—from initial inquiry to contract signing—upholds our Top Five Sales Standards.
You will act as a strategic partner to the Revenue and Marketing teams, analyzing market trends and competitive sets to develop annual sales plans that drive growth in group, leisure, and F&B segments. By bridging the gap between sales strategy and operational execution, you will ensure that our properties are prepared to deliver exceptional experiences that meet and exceed client expectations.
