We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to join our corporate services team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, ranging from corporate gatherings to social celebrations. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your passion for event management and ability to multitask will be essential.
Your day will involve developing event timelines, managing logistics for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, and coordinating complex details like catering and venue security. You will serve as the on-site host, welcoming guests and ensuring seamless transitions between sessions. Beyond event execution, you will partner with internal teams like Marketing and Sales to align event goals with broader business objectives, while also assisting with an office renovation project.
