About the Role
The Area Manager serves as the operational leader for assigned accounts, ensuring that day-to-day field operations align with MasterCorp Commercial Services' (MCS) values and standards. This role requires a deep knowledge of commercial cleaning protocols and a proactive approach to maintaining quality and efficiency across multiple sites.
In this position, you will act as a coach and mentor, identifying staff development needs and driving training initiatives to ensure associates succeed. You will be the primary point of contact for client satisfaction, regularly visiting sites to verify work completion against contracts and conducting inspections. The role demands a balance of strategic cost control and hands-on supervision, managing everything from labor budgets and supply inventories to immediate response to client requests and incident reporting.
