As a key member of the Walgreens team, you will serve as the guardian of inventory integrity and a champion for the customer experience. This role exists to ensure that our stores are fully stocked, accurately priced, and compliant with all regulations, allowing our customers to find exactly what they need when they need it. You will bridge the gap between operational precision and frontline service, managing the flow of goods from the warehouse to the shelf while fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
In this position, you will not only execute daily inventory best practices for both the front end and pharmacy but also coach team members on these critical processes. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of hands-on work—such as receiving deliveries, verifying shipments, and managing planograms—and leadership responsibilities, including resolving customer issues and ensuring the store is ready for business. Whether you are coordinating complex pharmacy inventory activities or leading the team during peak hours, your attention to detail directly impacts the reliability of our services.
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous improvement. Internal candidates must have at least six months of prior work experience with Walgreens, while external candidates should have one year of prior retail experience. Applicants must be fluent in English and willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Internal candidates are also required to have an "Achieving expectations" rating on their last performance review and no written disciplinary actions in the previous 12 months.

Our culture is built on the belief that every interaction matters. We encourage our team members to model best practices in customer service, from proactive assistance to ensuring satisfaction. We invest in your growth through company-based trainings and e-learning modules, ensuring you have the skills needed to succeed. Join us in our mission to help people on their path to better health.
