This position serves as a vital operational anchor within the store, ensuring the seamless flow of inventory and customer service across both the front end and pharmacy departments. You will be the champion for On-Shelf Availability, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of products from receiving and counting to pricing, returns, and disposal. Your work directly impacts the accuracy of on-hand balances and the efficiency of store operations, acting as a key liaison between management and the team to maintain high standards of compliance and service.
In this role, you will not only execute daily inventory best practices and standard operating procedures but also coach team members on warehouse and vendor management processes. Whether verifying pharmacy shipments under the supervision of the pharmacist-in-charge or managing complex pricing activities, your attention to detail ensures that the store remains compliant with state and local laws while delivering a distinctive customer experience. You will model customer service traits, resolving issues proactively to ensure every shopper leaves satisfied.
