This position serves as a vital link between store operations, vendor partnerships, and the customer experience. While the majority of the role focuses on behind-the-scenes execution—managing merchandise resets, maintaining safety standards, and optimizing store layouts—the role is equally defined by the opportunity to engage directly with customers when needs arise. You will be the face of Lowe's service, assisting shoppers in locating products, demonstrating features, and ensuring they leave with the right solutions for their projects.
Your day involves a dynamic mix of analytical and physical tasks. You will collaborate closely with the Merchandising Service team and store leadership to prioritize projects, manage schedules, and ensure materials are ready for execution. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to maintaining the store's visual standards: moving beams and grids, rotating stock, and utilizing power equipment like lifts and order pickers to build displays according to precise planograms.
Safety and compliance are woven into every task. You will conduct daily safety reviews, ensure all displays are secure, and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment by managing trash, debris, and equipment maintenance. You will also act as a guardian of store integrity by auditing pricing accuracy, verifying signage, and monitoring for security risks. When the opportunity presents itself, you will transition from these operational duties to the sales floor, listening to customer questions, walking them through projects, and providing knowledgeable assistance with product selection and loading.
Candidates selected for this role will undergo a standard interview process to assess their fit for the team and their ability to handle the physical and operational demands of the position.
