About the Role

As a Key Holder, you are a trusted member of the leadership team who ensures smooth daily operations, exceptional customer service, and a safe, secure environment for pets, partners, and customers. You will serve as a vital point of contact when management is not present, supervising partners and managing store opening and closing procedures.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading on the floor, solving problems in the moment, and delivering a great experience every day. You will support store leadership by maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment while fostering a positive morale among your team. Your day-to-day involves upholding animal care standards, delivering knowledgeable service to every customer, and executing merchandising and inventory activities to keep the store running efficiently.
